In this policy, the terms mentioned below will have the following meanings:
"Account" refers to the personal information and credentials used by users to access Donor Points, Virtual Items, and any communication systems on the Tanados WoW website.
"License" refers to the terms and conditions governing the use of Donor Points, Virtual Items, or Services purchased from the Tanados WoW website.
"Virtual Items" refers to in-game virtual items that Tanados WoW delivers through the use of the website store in exchange for Donor Points.
"Unused Virtual Item" refers to a Virtual Item purchased from the designated virtual shop that has not been withdrawn from an in-game mailbox.
"Donor Points" refers to virtual donor points that Tanados WoW makes available for purchase by users subject to the terms of the appropriate license. All obtained Donor Points are valid for 30 calendar days.
"Service" refers to any online facilities, tools, services, or information that Tanados WoW makes available through the website either now or in the future.
"Payment Information" refers to any details required for the purchase of Donor Points from the Tanados WoW website, including names, addresses, credit/debit card numbers, bank account numbers, and sort codes.
"Purchase Information" refers to any orders, invoices, confirmation emails, receipts, or similar in either hard copy or electronic form.

Tanados WoW aims to provide high-quality Virtual Items obtained in exchange for Donor Points that are free of faults, including data corruption. This refund policy covers only faults that impair the use of the Donor Points. This refund policy does not cover difficulties arising from issues such as file incompatibility or minor mistakes in Virtual Items such as spelling errors or graphical faults that do not result from data corruption.
Donor Points cannot be exchanged back into a currency and purchases of Donor Point sets are not refundable. If a purchased set of Donor Points is not exchanged into Virtual Items within 30 calendar days, it is no longer valid and cannot be subject to a refund. Refund requests for Donor Point purchases within 30 calendar days are at the exclusive discretion of Tanados WoW management. Virtual Items given to a user in terms of a bonus, gift, or promotion cannot be subject to a refund in Donor Points.
If a Virtual Item contains faults upon receipt, users should inform Tanados WoW immediately. Tanados WoW will investigate the issue and provide a fair resolution, which may include a refund in Donor Points or an exchange for a non-faulty Virtual Item.
