Classes:

Shaman

  • [CHANGE] Elemental Overload has been reworked: Your Lightning Bolt, Lava Burst, and Chain Lightning casts have a 17.5% chance to trigger a second free cast on the same target that deals 75% of the original spell's damage. (3 second minimum ICD)
  • [BALANCE] Shaman now learn Elemental Blast at level 10: Harness and direct the raw power of the elements towards an enemy target, dealing Elemental damage and increasing the caster's critical strike or haste by 5% or spell damage and healing by 8% for 8 sec. Damage is based on a combination of your Intellect and Spell Power (Balance is ongoing).
  • Maelstrom Weapon and Stormkeeper now also affect Elemental Blast.
  • Elemental Reach now increases the range of Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, **Elemental Blast**, Fire Nova, and Lava Burst by 5/10 yd, up from 3/6.
  • Lightning Shield now has 10 charges, up from 3.
  • Fire Nova has been altered and now triggers on targets affected by Flame Shock. Ignites your Flame Shock spell on any nearby enemies, causing each of them to emit a wave of flames that deals X Fire damage to every other enemy within 10 yards. Has been removed from GCD. Lower rank spell costs have been reduced to match higher rank spell costs. The spell power coefficient has been slightly lowered to accommodate multiple marked targets.
  • Call of Thunder has been altered to also allow your Lightning Shield spell to regen 3% of your mana every 5 seconds while active.
  • Searing Totem reverted back to hitting 1 target (honestly thought I had reverted this ages ago).
  • Molten Cleave damage is now based off weapon percent damage. Range is extended to 10 yd.
  • [UI] Removed outdoors only requirement from tooltip for ghost wolf.
  • [UI] Improved Gust of Wind visual.
  • Chain Healing Wave removed as a passive. Other passives to Lava Burst and Lightning bolt are now baked into those spells.
  • Rank 1 Lava Burst's level scaling has been reduced and contributions from spell power for this rank has also been very slightly reduced.
  • Astral Recall cooldown reduced to 10min.
  • [NEW] Shaman has a new minor Glyph, Glyph of Rapid Healing Wave: Lesser Healing Wave casts instantly, its cost is reduced by 50%, but now has a 8 second cooldown.
  • Shamanistic Focus altered to also increase expertise by 6 and reduce physical damage taken by 10%
  • Ele Blast deals 25% more damage on targets above 70% hp.
  • Magma totem duration 1 min
  • Fire Nova: 16 sec CD, lower improved fire nova by 1/2 sec.
  • Imp Fire nova: Increases fire nova damage by an additional 2.5/5% (13%/25%)
  • Replaced Stormkeeper with Improved Elemental Mastery

Druid

  • Cat Swipe now costs 15 less energy.
  • Rip damage is applied immediately (extra initial tick)
  • Rank 8 Rip is now level 70 rather than 71.
  • Tiger's Fury has been reduced to 1 rank and now gives a baseline 15% increased damage. Duration increased by 2 sec. Now usable in Bear and Dire Bear form.

Mage

  • Fire Blast has been taken off the gcd, is castable while casting, will always deal a critical hit, and has had its CD increased to 14 sec. Spell bonus multiplier has been reduced slightly.
  • Netherwind Presence has been removed as a passive.
  • Ice Lance is now available at level 60 and 70 (down from 66 and 72). Spell Bonus multiplier has increased slightly as well.
  • Icicles stacks should happen more often. The spell has been cleaned up and is now greyed out until usable.
  • [CHANGE] Touch of the Magi has been reworked.
  • Arcane Blast now heals the caster for 15% of the damage done. Lower ranks of the spell from 1-54 are now available.
  • [CHANGE] Level 71 arcane blast changed to level 70.
  • Arcane Barrage now deals 50% increased damage on targets below 35% health.
  • Mage Armor and glyph of mage armor has been improved

Priest

  • [FIX] Seraphic Burn's Gravity Well should no longer pull units it shouldn't. Other changes made to the spell, including duration, periodic time, cast time, and cooldown periods. It can no longer critically strike and has had its spell power coefficients changed (will need revisiting on this last one). Damage is also now split evenly among enemies and it can only be applied to one target at a time.
  • Surge of Light now also affects Holy Fire. Effect also increases the instant cast's damage by 25%.
  • Shadowfiend logic improved.
  • Holy Consecration should now properly proc off Smite.
  • Holy Fire's duration increased by 1 sec. Spell Power coefficient for Holy fire's direct damage has been greatly increased and the dot bonus slightly increased. Cast time increased by 0.5 sec. Holy Fire will now also refresh the duration of Seraphic Burn on your target.
  • Penance will now spread your Holy Fire dot to nearby targets if the target is afflicted with Holy Fire. It will also increase the number of Holy Fire Dot stacks on the main target.
  • Glyph of Penance now also increases its damage done by 10%.
  • Power Infusion is now baseline and learnable at level 40. Power Infusion removes Shadowform when cast and will be removed if the player switches to Shadowform. Other players/casters may still cast PI on the player in Shadowform.
  • Penance has taken Power Infusion's position in the talent tree.
  • [NEW] A new Discipline talent has been introduced: Purifying Light: Your Penance spell dispels one harmful spell from a friend or one beneficial spell from an enemy.
  • Inner Focus now has two charges.
  • Holy Nova's and Penance's damage component spell power coefficient has been increased.

Hunter

  • [FIX] Frost Trap visual is fixed.
  • Steady shot is now a free cast.
  • Disengage has been altered: Leap backwards clearing movement impairing effects and increasing your movement speed by 50% for 5 sec.
  • Hunter's level 62 Steady Shot is now available at level 60.
  • Rank 6 Aimed Shot has had its base damage increased slightly. Same with Rank 8 and 9 Arcane Shot.

Warrior

  • Raging blow rage gains reduced to 4, down from 5. Damage reduced slightly.
  • Deep Wounds damage reduced to 15%/30%/45% down from 16%/32%/48%.
  • Glyph of Thunder Clap now also increases threat generated by Thunder Clap by 25%.
  • [CHANGE] Bloodsurge procs change from Bloodthirst to MS now that it's on Arms tree.
  • Improved Thunder Clap now deals an extra 10%/20%/30% of its damage over 6 seconds on hit targets.
  • Shield Mastery also causes your Shield Block ability to reduce magic damage taken by 10%/20%.
  • Glyph of Devastate now also increases the critical strike chance of Devastate by 5%.
  • Glyph of Blocking renamed to Glyph of Shield Slam and now also increases Shield Slam damage by 5%.
  • [FIX] Fixed a bug with Colossus Smash.
  • Lightning and thunder's dot damage bonus scales somewhat with attack power now.
  • Last Stand is now baseline and learnable at level 45. It's duration has been reduced by 5 sec.
  • Lightning and Thunder has taken Last Stand's talent position
  • [NEW] Unbreakable Will is a new 51 point Prot talent: Attacks which would otherwise kill you set your health to 10% and cause you to gain an absorb shield equal to 35% of your maximum health for 8 seconds. When the shield expires or is otherwise broken, you are healed for 50% of your maximum health over 5 seconds. Cannot occur more than once every 3 minutes.
  • [FIX] Fixed Execute tooltip.
  • Heroic leap range increased by 10yd.

Warlock

  • Incinerate is now trainable at level 60.
  • Burning Rush reduced to 40% speed.

Paladin

  • [CHANGE] Righteous combatant's max damage benefit to offhand changed to 20%, down from 25%.
  • [FIX] Paladin's Guardian of Light will no longer cast Avenging Wrath on the paladin. Instead it will grant divine plea and increase Holy Power by 150 and attack power by 80. Guardian and buff Duration changed to 25 seconds. Guardian's Hammer of Wrath cast timer increased to occur less often but overall damage increased. Legendary trinket's strength adjusted down.
  • Glyph of Light's Celerity now increases flash of light's healing done by 35% down from 40%.
  • Avenger's Shield is now on a 15 second cooldown, down from 30 seconds.
  • Shield of Righteousness has a 20% chance to reset the cooldown on Avenger's Shield.
  • [NEW] Paladin has a new ability at level 60: Intercession: Petition the Light on behalf of a fallen ally, restoring spirit to body and allowing them to reenter battle with 1000 health and mana, regenerating an additional 3% health and mana every second for 12 seconds.

Deathknight

  • Rune of the Fallen Crusader level 60
  • Warlock:
  • Fel Armor is now available at level 60
  • Searing Pain is now castable while moving.
  • [NEW] Has a new T2.5 set that is tanking oriented. AQ20 set has likewise been restatted for tanking.

Heritage Horizons

  • Portable Anvil and Portable Forge are now on 10min cooldowns, down from 60.
  • Horde's Vanguard CD reduced by 10 sec.
  • [FIX] Fixed Hardiness.

Profession

  • [NEW] New Blacksmithing Recipes are available in Stormwind and Orgrimmar at the Blacksmithing Supplies vendor.
  • [NEW] New Jewelcrafting Recipes are available at the vendor outside of Molten Core (Master of Molten Mysteries).
  • [NEW] Additional level 50ish JC recipes added to various vendors.
  • [NEW] New shield enchant available at Timbermaw Hold.

Bots

Hiring

  • Config: Hired bots may now start out with some basic gear appropriate for their level. Logic for MH and OH has yet to be implemented. Note that it may be a good idea to increase bot hiring costs as a result to prevent abuse if you care about such things.

Consumables

  • Drinking a flask will get bots in your group to drink appropriate flasks as well, depending on the expansion-level flask you use. These flasks are preassigned. (Yes, I get this pretty much nullifies Unified Might but oh well).
  • [FIX] Spell group stack rules now apply to bots and should no longer apply to multiple food buffs, flask buffs, etc.

Abilities

  • Lightning Overload removed from shaman bots since we do Gift of the Gathering Storm now and our own version of Lightning Overload, meaning they were double benefiting from double procs.
  • [NEW] Gift of the Gathering Storm has been added to Ele Shaman.
  • Arms Warriors will now execute.
  • Hunters should more reliably cast Serpent Sting.
  • **Bot will be save for 14 days utill tey will be dissmiss from the player if they did not login.** Timer reset automaticly on each login.

Misc

  • [CHANGE] Teleport visual for bots has been changed to login effect to help with client stutter.
  • Challenge modes: Stat penalties removed
  • Skillup small xp
  • Unique Armor and Weapons have been removed and are now just Unique-Equip
  • [FIX] Level Exchange in Rewards Menu has been disabled until I can get around to fixing a few things.
  • [NEW] Leave Combat spell added

Strath

  • Mobs from above on Pyroguard Emberseer should be much less likely to pull.

BWL

Hyjal

  • Various abilities in Hyjal will now also target bots.

Stocks

  • Outlands (General):

Badge Vendors

  • Badges of Justice in TBC have been broken up into 3 badges: Badge of Justice for T4 content, Badge of Glory for T5 content and Badge of Courage for T6 content.
  • [NEW] Vendor items for badges have been adjusted for these new badges
  • Shattered Sun Supplies have a chance to give a Badge of Courage (rather than Badge of Justice)
  • [NEW] There are four new totems available for Shaman on the Badge of Justice vendor. Three of them are spells that were previous tier set bonuses and one is just for fun and somewhat quirky. Other new trinkets available as well.
  • Emblem transfer now includes tbc badges.

World Buffs

  • [CHANGE] Various World Buffs have been adjusted down.

Individual Progression Changes in this Repack:

  • [FIX] Firstly, there are number of fixes to Naxx40 that are not necessarily present in the stock individual progression module. Additional changes include ZG being available whenever you complete The Hand of Rastakhan questline, Gruul being the required kill to progress past Tier 4 content, and ZA being available directly after SSC/TK. The ZA and ZG reshuffle comes as a result of the fact that catch up raids are completely irrelevant in the singleplayer environment and seriously deincentivizes content. Gruul being the requirement is simply just laziness on my part due to the fact that you can complete Kara at 60 and I didn't want players progressing to T5 directly at level 60.
  • [PVE] Also the badge system has been broken up into 3 different badges for tbc for each raid tier so that players aren't skipping ahead on power creep.

Items:

Item Sets

  • [CHANGE] Tier 1, 2, and 2.5 have had the set bonus required pieces adjusted down, from 3/5/8 to 2/4/6 and 3/5 to 2/4 respectively. This should allow for a bit more flexibility.
  • [CHANGE] Rogue Tier 1 4pc set bonus has been reworked and swapped places with 6pc bonus.
  • [CHANGE] Mage Tier 3 2pc and 4pc set bonuses have been reworked.
  • [CHANGE] Prot Warrior's Tier 8 4pc has been reworked.
  • [NEW] Dps warrior T2.5 and T3 sets have been added to the game
  • Paladin Tier 1 Lawbringer set bonuses have been buffed.
  • Some Strength in Ret Paladin and DPS warrior tier 1 and tier 2 sets has been shuffled back to stamina.
  • Ret Paladin T4-T6 Stats have been rebalanced. Set bonuses are also improved. Some old set bonuses have turned into relics.
  • [NEW] Ret Paladin T2.5 and T3 sets have been added to the game.
  • [FIX] Ret Paladin T2's 6pc no longer reduces the CD of hammer of Wrath.
  • [NEW] Prot Paladin T2.5 and T3 sets have been added to the game.
  • [CHANGE] Resto Shaman Tier 3 set bonuses have been shuffled and some reworked. Stats have been adjusted.
  • [CHANGE] Elemental Shaman Tier 4 2pc and Tier 5 2pc and 4pc set bonuses have been reworked. Previous spellids moved to (totem) relics. These can be purchased with badges of justice.
  • Elemental Shaman Tier 4 4pc has been buffed.
  • Elemental Shaman Tier 6 4pc has been improved.
  • [CHANGE] Enhancement Tier 2 set bonuses have been adjusted down.
  • [CHANGE] Enhancement Tier 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 sets have had stats adjusted.
  • [NEW] Enhancement T2.5 set has been added to the game.
  • [NEW] Elemental Shaman T2.5 and T3 sets have been added to the game.
  • [CHANGE] Resto Shaman T2.5 stats and set bonus has been adjusted.
  • Paladin Leggo npc's AI has been improved
  • Same with priest's. Bot priests will now benefit from the leggo.
  • [NEW] Added some random items to various vendors and a couple hidden vendors
  • [NEW] Added a new ring to Paris Hilton.
  • [CHANGE] Hunter Tier 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 set bonuses have all been improved. T3-T6 have had their stats adjusted.
  • [NEW] Stat Boost has been altered. More stat types have been added. The highest bonus stats for vanilla raiding content have been lowered slightly and are also more likely to give a lower amount of the same stat (+4 spell power instead of +6, etc).
  • Level 60 and 70 item sets have had base resistances removed. Resistances are now randomized or may not occur at all.
  • Eye of the Dead now has a shared category cooldown of 30 seconds.
  • [CHANGE] Titanic Breastplate has had its meta sockets changed to blue sockets.
  • [CHANGE] DK tier 2.5 2pc has been adjusted down.
  • Warlock Tier 1, 2, 2.5, 3, 5, and 6 have been improved.

Misc:
