- [NEW] High and Void Elf starter quests have been added to Stormwind as well as a number of other side quests.
- NOTE: I am working on some eye variations for High Elf. Personally I prefer the slightly darker blue sets.
- ClassesRogue:
- [NEW] Rogues have a new ability, Grappling Hook: Launch a grappling hook to a target location, pulling you towards it. This maneuver demands considerable physical prowess and exerts a significant strain on the body. (Not useable in BGs or Dungeons).
Death Knight
- [NEW] Deathknights have a new passive called Grim Advance: You gain 1% movement speed every 5 seconds, stacking up to 20 times. Does not stack with similar effects and any damage taken will break the effect.

- Jewelcrafting trainers can also be found near Olivia's Pond.
- [FIX] Stormwind Trade chat and Guild Recruitment chat has been fixed.
- [NEW] As mentioned earlier, a number of low level quests have been added to Stormwind. Players can even find a new cooking recipe.
- [NEW] Challenge ModesAdditional Challenge Modes have been added:
- [FIX] In addition to Hardcore Mode which no longer bans your player upon death, players may now opt for other challenge modes and can mix and match as they please. Each comes with various rewards, including titles, mounts, wings, permanent stat bonuses and/or new abilities. Only up to level 60 rewards have been added:
- Slow and Steady Mode
- A choice for adventurers seeking to savor their journey by halving the pace of their experience gains and removing the ability to train mounts. Along this measured path, enticing rewards await those who embrace the challenge. Dinklestone will be removed during this challenge. Spell rewards are Swift Momentum (permanent haste rating increased by 13) and Aspect of the Turtle (Deflects all attacks and reduces all damage you take by 30% for 8 sec, but you cannot attack.).
Fragile Warrior Mode
- Fragile Warrior Mode is for those seeking to test their skills under precarious conditions. In this mode, your health is reduced by 40%, damage done is decreased by 35%, and damage taken is doubled. Brave the challenges and seek the path of the fragile warrior. Do you dare to take on this trial? You will only be able to remove this mode at 10 level intervals. (Currently only level 60 rewards but very good ones). Spell reward is Warrior's Fragile Might (Permanently increases all stats by 10 and resilience by 20)
Ironman Mode
- Ironman Mode is for those seeking a true challenge. In this mode, you can only equip common or poor quality items. Brace yourself for a test of skill and perseverance. Failure to adhere to the rules results in removal of your status as an Ironman and places a 7 day debuff on your character. Spell reward is Ironhide Infusion (Permanently increases defense rating by 15 and armor by 200).
Randomly Attacked Mode
- In Randomly Attacked Mode, you will be randomly attacked by enemies along your journey. Be vigilant and stay on your guard! Are you ready for the challenge? Spell reward is Blinding Light (Emits dazzling light in all directions, blinding enemies within 10 yds, stunning them for 6 sec.)
Pacifist Mode
- Pacifist Mode calls to those who wish to traverse the vast expanses of Azeroth, not as conquerors, but as harmonious explorers. Embrace this path, and no creature shall fall by your hand. Are you prepared to embody tranquility and tread a path of peace? Challenge failure results in a 7 day debuff on your character. Spell Reward is Harmony with Nature (Increases Hp5 and Mp5 by 18).
- [FIX] Hardcore mode of course is still around but no longer bans your character. Just simply fails them and leaves them a 7 day debuff. Level 60 rewards are a mount, pet, and special item. There's also a new spell reward, Echo of the Invincible (Your resiliency in the Hardcore Challenge has stirred the echoes of invincible heroes of yore, lending you their protection. When you succumb to death, their power revives you, enabling you to return to the fray. This aid can be invoked only once every 5 minutes.)
- Players can now get their Dinklestone back from Dinkledork once they drop Challenge Modes.
- [PVE] Dungeons and Raids- Bone Constructs should not properly start attacking raid members on Spawn during Nefarian encounter.
- Shooting the cannon in Deadmines now properly spawns fire.
- [NEW] Earthen Sigil (20525) added to Shadowpriest Sezz'ziz's loot table in ZF.
- Misc:- Account-wide mounts have been turned off for challenge modes. Feel free to turn them back on in lua_scripts.
- Increased experience for Inconspicuous Chests and low level object looting.
- [NEW] More Inconspicuous Chests continue to be added to the game.
- [CHANGE] Removed and reworked some lua scripts that were not system-resource friendly.
- TimeisTime was unfortunately causing a few bugs so it's been disabeld. One of these days we'll need to clean out the module configs folder.
- Eastern Kingdom's minimaps have been updated. Stormwind continues to have black spots near objects as this is apparently a separate issue related to wmos.
- Excepting Dalaran and Shatt, city portals have been removed as superfluous and not conducive to certain challenge modes.
- [FIX] Thanks to @Falmaril, most of the character create backgrounds have been fixed (Eredar still needs its own) and options to choose Blood Elf Hair Color is back.
- Server stability is up overall.
- Known bugs mostly related to High Elves:
- Server stability may be up, but client stability is down:
- 1. Client occasionally crashes when exiting the game...which is inconsequential but I know someone will bring it up...
- [FIX] 2. Initializing client sometimes pops a lua error. Just restart the client in these cases. If anyone knows how to fix these two issues let me know. Seems to be related to new race update.
