If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on our platform, we respect your rights and provide this process for submitting a takedown notice. To report infringement, send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (e.g., URL or description).
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material (e.g., URL on our site).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury (or equivalent under Bulgarian/EU law), that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your electronic or physical signature.

If content is removed in error, the affected user may submit a counter-notice with:
- Contact information.
- Description of the removed material.
- Statement of good faith belief it was removed by mistake.
- Consent to Bulgarian court jurisdiction and service of process.
- Statement under penalty of perjury of accuracy.
We will forward counter-notices to the complainant and may restore content after 10-14 days if no lawsuit is filed.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers. Factors include frequency and severity of valid notices.
